Refund Policy

At Frozberries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and you may need to return a product. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


If you need to return a product, please contact us at   or call us at  (02) 9987 0888   in business hours, in 24 hours of receiving the item. We accept returns for damaged or defective products or very short best before date less than a week. Provide us with a description of the issue and any relevant photos; we will work with you to arrange for a return or exchange.

If the product was damaged during shipping, we may require you to return it to us in its original packaging. We will provide you with further instructions on how to complete the return process.

Until we collect the product back from you (normally its within 2-3 working days if you are in Sydney) it is required that customer store those products in freezer if its frozen product.


Once we receive your returned item in chilled/frozen form (if its chilled/frozen product), we will acknowledge and notify you. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or bank account. Please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or partially used, except in the case of defective products. We also cannot accept returns for perishable items, such as dairy products, unless they are damaged or defective on delivery.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or individual taste preference. Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective products.
