Taste & Texture

Storage
Store at room temperature with the lid on tight. Raw honey crystallises naturally over time into a smooth, creamy, spreadable texture, a hallmark of raw, unprocessed honey. To make it runny again, stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water and stir.
