Frozen fruit purée and açaí
Frozen purée is a café staple: consistent, ready to pour, and far quicker than blending fresh fruit. Harvestime makes mango, raspberry, strawberry, passionfruit (seed in and seedless), guava and avocado purées, mostly in 1kg packs.
Nectar Fruits supplies organic açaí purée, from 100g single-serve packs up to 2.9kg, plus açaí sorbets in 500g and 5kg sizes for bowls.
