About Frozberries & Sourcing

What is Frozberries and where are you located?
Frozberries is a NSW-based supplier of frozen fruits, purees, dairy, and pantry essentials. We offer both organic and conventional ranges.
Location: 29 Hope Street, Melrose Park NSW 2114.
Where do you source your products?
We source globally and locally from trusted growers in Australia, Peru, Vietnam, Europe & Canada. We prioritise local Australian farmers for strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, and honey whenever possible.
What’s the difference between organic and conventional?
Organic: Certified, chemical-free, and GMO-free.
Conventional: Traditional farming methods, generally more affordable. Both meet strict Australian food safety standards.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer competitive pricing for cafes, restaurants, foodservice, and manufacturers. Contact us to discuss your volume requirements.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via:

Buy Now Pay Later services (like Afterpay) are coming soon.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via a secure bank gateway (ANZ). We never store customer card details on our servers.
Do you offer Loyalty Points?
Not yet. We are currently planning to launch a loyalty and rewards program in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates!
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if the order has not been packed or dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately by phone. Once the truck leaves, changes cannot be made.

Delivery & Product Care

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Sydney Metro, Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley, and Canberra. Minimum order amounts vary by location ($75–$125).
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is available from our factory at 29 Hope St, Melrose Park NSW. Please place your order at least 1 hour before arriving.
How should I store my products?
Frozen: Keep at -18°C. Lasts 8–12 months unopened.
Chilled: Keep refrigerated. Consume within 7–14 days.
Dry Goods: Store in a cool, dry pantry.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If products arrive damaged, thawed, or incorrect, please contact us on the day of delivery. We will arrange a refund, credit, or replacement.
