Raw Honey Ironbark, Blackberry and Slender Tea Tree 500g is a raw Australian honey from three floral sources: ironbark, blackberry blossom and slender tea tree. It is cold extracted and cold bottled, never heat treated, and sustainably sourced from local beekeepers.
Taste & Texture
- A blend of three floral sources, each adding its own character. As with all raw honey, flavour and colour vary a little from batch to batch.
- Starts runny and crystallises naturally into a smooth, creamy, spreadable honey.
How to Enjoy It
- Drizzle over yoghurt, porridge or a frozen berry smoothie bowl.
- Stir into tea, or warm water with lemon.
- Spread on hot buttered toast or crumpets.
- Use in baking, or whisk into marinades and salad dressings for depth.
Storage
Store at room temperature with the lid on tight. Raw honey crystallises naturally over time into a smooth, creamy, spreadable texture, a hallmark of raw, unprocessed honey. To make it runny again, stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water and stir.
